Enable Change's logo symbol is a combination of Isabelle Laporte's initials, "I" and "L," intertwined with the symbol of eternity, representing inclusion. This graphical representation reflects the ability to achieve results by knowing where you want to go and having the right attitude along the way. The clean and straightforward design communicates fearlessness and a commitment to positive change.
The design team at Squared explored various typefaces that embodied the concept of change. They sought shapes that could evolve and transition fluidly, with bold and thin lines creating a dynamic visual experience. The color scheme was deliberately kept minimal to maintain a focused and impactful brand identity.
Creating a brand identity that effectively communicates its essence while maintaining a reduced color scheme and flat graphic style presented a challenge. However, the team at Squared successfully balanced simplicity with the brand's core message, resulting in a visually striking and meaningful design.
The development of the Enable Change brand identity took approximately two months in 2021. Throughout the process, the design team conducted extensive research on the concept of change, exploring various elements that evolve and transform. The final design incorporates these findings into a simple yet powerful representation of inclusion and transformation.
Enable Change's brand identity has been recognized for its excellence, receiving the Iron A' Design Award in the Graphics, Illustration, and Visual Communication Design category in 2022. This prestigious award acknowledges the brand's well-designed, practical, and innovative approach, meeting professional and industrial requirements. Enable Change's brand identity stands as a testament to the power of effective design in creating a better world.
